Gramps 2020 Grass Roots Team Rankings (17U teams)

Here are the 17U Grassroots boys basketball ratings after the competition over the July 24-25th weekend.  Lots of action around the Central US but just a few tournaments out east and none that I could find in California or Nevada.  The Covid-19 pandemic has shut down a ton of tournaments so those that have been conducted are a lucky lot, assuming no one is getting sick from that exposure. Because the EYBL was canceled, a number of the really top teams have not been in action, including Mokan Elite, which held an outstanding week-long camp to showcase their athletes without over-exposure at these tournaments.  Their leadership decided not to risk getting athletes sick and opted for the camp instead.  Only time will tell if teams that are competing will come out without getting sick.   You look at the Florida Marlins situation and you have to wonder if competing at all right now is a good thing?
